Español (Latinoamérica) Keyword reference

Use keywords when asking a question to help define your search. This reference lists the various keywords.

You can only use one set of keywords at a time. If you set your locale to Español, you can only use Español keywords. You can’t also use English keywords, or any other language. ThoughtSpot doesn’t translate its branded terms, such as Liveboard, SpotIQ, and so on.

General

When using the top or bottom keywords without specifying a number (n), the number defaults to 10.
top n

Generates the top n items from a sorted result. If your search has more than 1 measure, ThoughtSpot generates the top n items from the first measure in the search.

If your query includes two or more contains phrases that modify the same column, ThoughtSpot combines the phrases using or logic. Prior to ThoughtSpot version 9.2.0.cl, ThoughtSpot combined these phrases using and logic. If you have existing Answers or visualizations using this and logic, ThoughtSpot will automatically update your queries after you upgrade to 9.2.0.cl, to ensure they return the same information.

For example, you can now have a versus query such as [state name begins_with 'a'] [state name begins_with 'c'] [vs] [state name begins_with 'd']. For multiple begins_with or ends_with phrases on the same side of the versus query, ThoughtSpot will combine them using OR. For multiple contains phrases on the same side of the versus query, ThoughtSpot will combine them using OR or AND, depending on the behavior set in your environment.
ThoughtSpot doesn’t support the use of group_* formula measures with the vs keyword. ThoughtSpot doesn’t support the use of the vs keyword within an in or not in subquery.
