Databricks connection reference

You need very specific information to establish a seamless and secure connection with your Databricks database.

Here is a list of fields for Databricks connections.

You require all these fields, except the ones we marked (Optional).

Connection name

Enter the name for the new connection.

Connection description

(Optional) Provide a short description of the connection.

Host

Enter the Databricks server host name without the protocol.

Example

dbs.example.cloud.databricks.com

HTTP Path

The HTTP path to the database.

User

Enter the user associated with the database.

Password

Enter the password of the user.
