Before you start with Spotter

Before you configure Spotter and Memory, confirm you have what you need. This page covers requirements, time expectations, and who is responsible for each step.

How long this takes

Plan for about two to three hours total to set up Spotter fully. The steps are not all done by one person — see Who does what below.

Technical setup (IT admin): ~1 hour
Data model review: 30–60 minutes
First memory generation: 10–20 minutes per Liveboard
