Early Access features
The Early Access features page lists features which a ThoughtSpot administrator can enable or disable. They are disabled by default.

Early Access features page
The following Early Access features can be enabled by your ThoughtSpot administrator:
- ClickHouse connector

Enable to create connections to a ClickHouse data warehouse to analyze data directly from your ClickHouse database. For more information, see Add a ClickHouse connection.
- Categorize connectors

Toggle categories for connectors while creating a connection. For more information, see Categorizing Connections.
- OAuth Redirection Behavior

When enabled, the OAuth authentication URL opens in the current page instead of a new tab or popup. Applies to Liveboards, search and Answers. For more information, see OAuth redirection behavior.
- Automatic OAuth Sign-In Trigger

When enabled, automatically triggers the 'Sign in with OAuth' screen when the connection’s authentication has expired. Applies to Liveboards, search and Answers. For more information, see Automatic OAuth Sign-in Trigger.
- New connection configuration experience

Enable to switch to new connection configuration experience in the Data workspace. For more information, see New connection configuration experience.
- New Charts Library

Discover our new native charts, offering advanced capabilities like trellis, faceting, improved axis management and advanced configurations for more flexible and powerful visualizations. For more information, see New charts library.
- Enable XLSX & CSV file formats in Liveboard Report API

Adds support for exporting Liveboards in XLSX and CSV file formats through the Liveboard Report API.
- XLSX/CSV download of Liveboards

When you select Download, you can now select CSV and XLSX formats in addition to PDF. For more information, see: XLSX/CSV download of Liveboards.
- Include any visualization in XLSX/CSV schedules

When you select Download, you can now select CSV and XLSX in addition to PDF. When you select Schedule, you can now select specific visualizations to include in the scheduled email attachment as CSV or XLSX files. For more information, see Download a Liveboard and Schedule a Liveboard job.
- Include 'this' period in rolling date filters

You can now include the current period within a date filter chip, when selecting a rolling date filter. For more information, see Date filters.
- New Centralized filter modal for Liveboards

Edit multiple filters and apply them together to the Liveboard. For more information, see: Edit a Liveboard filter.
- True pivot structure & formatting in XLSX reports

Export pivot tables in XLSX format. For more information, see Pivot tables in Liveboard exports and schedules.
- New Model Share

When you share a Model with Edit access, the system automatically grants View access to all underlying tables and Views referenced by that Model. For more information, see Share Models.
- Snowflake Semantic View integration

This integration allows you to connect directly to Semantic Views defined in Snowflake and use them to automatically create Models in ThoughtSpot. For more information, see Integrate with Snowflake Semantic Views.
- Sync With Source

You can now keep parts of a Model in sync with their underlying tables. For more information, see Model column property sync.
- Send Ad hoc Emails

You can now send Liveboard schedule emails immediately. For more information, see Scheduling a Liveboard.
ThoughtSpot AI page
Spotter Early Access features are enabled on the Admin > All orgs > ThoughtSpot AI page.

Enabling an Early Access feature
To enable one or more Early Access features, do the following:

Go to your profile and select Admin settings, and select the All Orgs tab (if there are multiple Orgs).

Select Early access features.

Click Edit.

For each feature you want to enable, click the status slider to set the feature to
Enabled. -
Click Save.
Disabling an Early Access feature
To disable one or more Early Access features, do the following:

Go to your profile and select Admin settings, and select the All Orgs tab (if there are multiple Orgs).

Select Early access features.
-
Click Edit.

For each feature you want to disable, click the status slider to set the feature to
Disabled. -
Click Save.
| Enabling or disabling Early Access features causes a service interruption of a few minutes for all users. To minimize disruption, we recommend making changes during a scheduled maintenance window. |
