SeekWell allows you to sync your data warehouse with external apps and automate your customer data workflows.
SeekWell End of Life (EOL) announcementSeekWell will reach its End of Life (EOL) on July 31, 2026.
What this means for you
- Continued Service

We intend to maintain normal SeekWell service through the EOL date. Your schedules and connected integrations should continue to operate as expected until that time.
- Customer Data

After the EOL date, SeekWell will no longer be accessible and ThoughtSpot will delete all remaining Customer Data within 30 days following shutdown.
- Service Termination

On July 31, 2026, SeekWell will be shut down. Scheduled queries will no longer run, automated alerts will cease, and you will no longer be able to access the product.
Next Steps: Transitioning to ThoughtSpot Sync
To ensure a smooth transition and prevent any disruption to your business operations, we strongly recommend migrating your workflows well in advance of the EOL date.
